Job Description

The Niskayuna Central School District is now accepting applications for a leave replacement Physical Therapist (0.6 FTE).

ASSIGNMENT: Rosendale Elementary School / Birchwood Elementary School; 0.6 FTE;

SUMMARY:

This position exists in a School District and involves provision of physical therapy treatment and services to students in accordance with written prescriptions or referrals from a physician who provides medical direction.  Administrative direction is received from the School Principal and/or the Director of Individualized Pupil Services relative to scheduling and recordkeeping.  Direct supervision is exercised over a variety of technically trained personnel.  The incumbent does related work as required.
